Return & Refund Policy – ORGANI PURE
At ORGANI PURE, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
We offer returns within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in original condition
The item must be in its original packaging
A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards
Perishable goods (such as honey and other consumable products)
Personal care and supplement products (including mushroom extracts, L-glutamine, and similar items) for hygiene and safety reasons
Used or opened products
Fragile / breakable items once delivered in good condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to reflect
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
Defective, or
Damaged upon arrival
To request an exchange, you must provide a complete unboxing video as proof. The video should clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The shipping label with order details (Order ID / tracking details)
The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits
The condition of the product after opening
Please note that claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
For exchange requests, kindly contact our support team with the required proof.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping

In all cases, the final decision regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges will be at the sole discretion of ORGANI PURE, based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
